Important

Cancellation requests should be made immediately after an order is placed. Once vendors or merchants begin shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellation

YASH VILAS PATIL believes in helping customers as far as possible and therefore follows a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellation requests are considered only if they are made immediately after placing the order. Requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors or merchants and the shipping process has begun.

Perishable Items

Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items. However, refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the delivered product quality is not satisfactory.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to the Customer Service team. The request will be entertained after the merchant checks and determines the issue at their end.

The issue should be reported within 30+ days of receiving the product. If the item does not match what was shown on the site or what you expected, bring it to customer service within the same period so the team can review and decide the appropriate next step.

Warranty And Refund Processing

For products that carry a manufacturer warranty, refer complaints directly to the manufacturer.

If a refund is approved by YASH VILAS PATIL, it may take 16-30 days for the amount to be processed to the end customer.

Wallet Refund Policy

All refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to the customer's wallet only. Refunds will not be sent to the bank account or the original payment method under any circumstances.

Wallet balance is non-withdrawable. Money available in the wallet cannot be transferred or withdrawn to any bank account. The wallet balance can only be used for placing future orders on the platform.

By placing an order or recharging the wallet, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
